Peanut – Coconut Shake

R.W. Knudsen Family® product used in this recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family Coconut Nectar Flavored Beverage
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Peanut Butter (add more for stronger peanut flavor)
Directions:
  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve at once.
Makes 4 Servings
Variation: Peanut Butter Cup. Add 1/4 cup cocoa to blender for a peanut-chocolate flavor.
