Peanut - Coconut Shake
The R.W. Knudsen Family® products used in this recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Coconut Nectar Juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Peanut Butter (add more for stronger peanut flavor)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve at once.
Makes 4 Servings
Variation: Peanut Butter Cup. Add 1/4 cup cocoa to blender for a peanut-chocolate flavor.
