Pomegranate Sorbet
The R.W. Knudsen Family® products used in this recipe:
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups R.W. Knudsen Family® Just Pomegranate Juice
- 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Tangerine Spritzer
- 1 tablespoon grated orange or tangerine peel
Directions:
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan.
- Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Stir in pomegranate juice, tangerine spritzer, and grated peel.
- Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Freeze until firm.
- Scoop sorbet into chilled wine glasses.
- Garnish with orange peel.
