Cranberry Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) jar R.W. Knudsen Family® Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
  • 1 (16 to 20 oz.) package frozen fully cooked meatballs, thawed

Directions

  1. COMBINE cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar and chile powder in large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring until combined, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. ADD meatballs, stirring to coat evenly with glaze. Cover; simmer 13 to 17 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through.
  3. SLOW COOKER METHOD:
  4. COMBINE cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, chile powder and meatballs in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hours.
