  • No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Apple Juice
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup wheat bran
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 3/4 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Apple Sauce
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar or brown cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 12-cup muffin pan with no-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 2

    MICROWAVE apple juice in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH for 1 minute. Add oats. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and bran in medium bowl. Combine egg, molasses, apple sauce and brown sugar in separate large bowl. Blend in oat mixture. Mix in dry ingredients from medium bowl. Stir in nuts.

  • Step 3

    SCOOP batter into prepared muffin pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
