Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen until solid
  • 1 apple, cored and coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Carrot Juice Blend
  • 1/4-inch thick slice peeled fresh ginger
  • 4 to 5 ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons honey

Directions

  1. COMBINE banana, apple, carrot juice, ginger, ice cubes and honey, if desired, in blender container.
  2. COVER and process until smooth, adding additional carrot juice or ice cubes, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency. Serve immediately.
