Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen until solid
- 1 apple, cored and coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Carrot Juice Blend
- 1/4-inch thick slice peeled fresh ginger
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 2 tsps. honey
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE banana, apple, carrot juice, ginger, ice cubes and honey, if desired, in blender container.
- Step 2
COVER and process until smooth, adding additional carrot juice or ice cubes, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency. Serve immediately.
