  • 1/2 cup chilled R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pineapple Juice chilled
  • 1/2 cup chopped, unpeeled cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped, unpeeled carrot
  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled Fuji or Gala apple (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 5 navel orange segments (about 3 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Santa Cruz Organic® Pure Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup packed baby spinach


  1. COMBINE pineapple juice, cucumber, carrot, apple, celery, orange, lime juice and spinach in blender container. Cover and process until of desired consistency.
  2. Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
