Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chilled R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 cup chopped, unpeeled cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped, unpeeled carrot
- 1 cup chopped unpeeled Fuji or Gala apple (4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 5 navel orange segments (about 3 oz.)
- 1 1/2 tsps. Santa Cruz Organic® Pure Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup packed baby spinach
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE pineapple juice, cucumber, carrot, apple, celery, orange, lime juice and spinach in blender container. Cover and process until of desired consistency.
- Step 2
Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
