Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Apple Juice
- 1/3 cup pure canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup milk or plain soy milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 tbsps. raw hulled pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 2 to 3 fresh apple wedges
Directions
- Step 1
BLEND juice, pumpkin, milk, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and crushed ice in blender until smooth. Pour into 2 to 3 glasses. Sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds on top of each if desired. Decorate rim of glass with apple wedge.
