  • 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Pineapple Coconut Flavored Juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Light Roasted Creamy Peanut Butter


  1. ADD juice, milk and ice cream to blender container. Add peanut butter to taste. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
