Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chilled R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pear Juice
- OR 3/4 cup R.W. Knudsen® Organic Apple Juice
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe banana
- 1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1/8 tsp. finely grated gingeroot
- 1 1/2 cups chopped kale, heavy stems removed
Directions
- Step 1
COMBINE juice, banana, orange, gingeroot, if desired, and kale in blender container. Cover and process until of desired consistency.
- Step 2
Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
