  • 3/4 cup chilled R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pear Juice
    OR 3/4 cup R.W. Knudsen® Organic Apple Juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe banana
  • 1 medium navel orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/8 teaspoon finely grated gingeroot
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped kale, heavy stems removed


  1. COMBINE juice, banana, orange, gingeroot, if desired, and kale in blender container. Cover and process until of desired consistency.
  2. Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
