  • 1 cup chilled R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled Fuji or Gala apple
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped kale, heavy stems removed


  1. COMBINE juice, pineapple, apple and kale in blender container. Cover and process until desired consistency is achieved.
  2. Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
