  • 1 cup chilled R.W. Knudsen Family® Just Blueberry® Juice
  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Santa Cruz Organic® Apple Sauce
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed soft tofu
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons agave nectar or to taste


  1. COMBINE juice, blueberries, applesauce, tofu and agave in blender container. Cover and process to desired consistency.
  2. Enhance your smoothie with protein powder, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds.
