Ingredients
- 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Simply Nutritious Natural Morning Blend® Juice Blend
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 8 walnut halves
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- ground nutmeg
Directions
- Step 1
ADD all ingredients except nutmeg to blender container. Blend at high speed until well blended. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
