Ingredients

  • 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Simply Nutritious® Natural Morning Blend® Juice Blend
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 8 walnut halves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. ADD all ingredients except nutmeg to blender container. Blend at high speed until well blended. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
