  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or blue cheese
  • 2 chopped hard cooked eggs
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 8 Boston Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup


  1. DIVIDE chicken, cucumber, cheese, egg, bacon and avocado evenly onto lettuce leaves. Drizzle with dressing. Roll into wrap if desired.
