Sweet and Sour Pineapple Ginger Sauce

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup R.W. Knudsen Family® Organic Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt


  • Step 1

    STIR together brown sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Stir in pineapple juice, balsamic vinegar, gingerroot and salt. Cook over medium heat and stir until thickened and bubbly. Serve over grilled chicken or pork.
